Registration & Sign-up: To order services from Canadian Fiber Optics, a user must first complete a registration form on our website or supply information to an employee over the telephone. Order Forms: We request information from you on our order forms. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like a credit card number and expiry date).
