This offer is available to new residential customers who subscribe to an eligible internet plan and/or new or existing residential internet customers who add Borealis TV Choice during the promotional period. Service availability may vary by location.

  1. New customers who subscribe to the Aurora Internet 1000 Mbps (1 Gig) during the promotional period will receive promotional pricing of Aurora Internet 500 for twelve (12) consecutive months from the activation date.
  2. After the 12-month promotional period, standard monthly rates Aurora Internet 1000 will apply.
  3. Promotional upgrade has no cash value and may not be transferred or combined with other discounted speed promotions unless otherwise stated.
  1. New and existing internet customers who add Borealis Choice TV during the promotional period will receive promotional pricing of Core TV for twelve (12) consecutive months from the activation date.
  2. Existing internet only customers must call us to add Borealis TV Core to their account.
  3. After the 12-month promotional period, standard monthly rates Choice TV will apply.
  1. New Aurora Internet customers who activate qualifying services within the promotional period are eligible to select one (1) perk item from a designated list.
  2. Perk items have an approximate retail value of $150, including all shipping and handling costs. Item availability may vary and substitutions of equal or greater value may be made at the company’s discretion.
  3. Limit one perk per household.
  4. Perk has no cash value and may not be exchanged for account credit or other promotional offers.
  5. The customer will receive an email with an online link to select their perk 30 days after their first bill has been paid.
  6. Please allow 3-4 weeks from online perk order to receive your perk by third-party shipping company.
